Moved to Riverside last year around this time, it’s been now maybe my 2nd time now at University Dental and I have loved it each time. I looked up dentists via my insurance and read their Google reviews and other platforms, and have a lot of anxiety so they definitely helped to ease it. Coming in and feeling comfortable to say when I was anxious or letting them know that something was bothering me was easy, and that my anesthesia wears off easily, have all been an easy and smooth process. I will continue to go. My recent visit yesterday on Friday 08/07, the receptionist was lovely she was able to reschedule me for an earlier time since I had another doctors appt and then the dental assistant Diana was lovely as well, I let her know I was not good at the x rays so she let me know when I could take them out so I wouldn’t choke on them. Overall great experience. Great place! Recommend it! And clean and nice lobby!

This dentist office is awesome! Went to 3 other dentists before coming here. Everyone is so friendly and make you feel very comfortable. I am very anxious and nervous when visiting the dentist. This dentist is very gentle and kind and listens. He does a good job and doesn't take too long. I refuse to go anywhere else but here from now on. Receptionist is very helpful and nice as well. A++

I can’t say enough good things about my experience today. I had a dental emergency, and the moment I arrived, the staff jumped into action. I was seen within minutes, and the care I received was exceptional. Thank you so much for your professionalism, empathy, and quick response. I truly appreciate it

Their services were professional from the time I walked in the door until the time I walked out Dr. Medina is very attentive with his patients and getting their dental work done so that they can do live healthier lives. The young lady that did mine dental work up was awesome very professional, kind and gentle on my mouth. I think the whole staff starting with the young lady at the front desk are very professional, kind, and caring.

Last week I went to see the dentist at University Dental Clinic, in Riverside, CA, because I was having problems with two of my upper right side molars. Dr. Medina, was able to take out the two old caps and clean the area without me feeling any pain at all. They placed two temporary caps which feel like my own molars except without any pain and next week I go in to get my actual caps. All without any pain or discomfort. Everyone in this clinic is friendly and very professional. The cost of replacing my two caps was also very reasonable. Glad I came across this great dental clinic. I highly recommend it to others.
